Detox & Fasting

One thing it seems we can almost all agree on is that we live in a toxic world. Unfortunately, some of the most amazing technologies and most popular gadgets contain some of the most toxic chemicals, heavy metals and poisonous byproducts imaginable. This is easily seen in our daily lives through environmental toxins in our non-organic food, polluted air and contaminated water.
